What SAP Accreditations does Eurosoft have?
We are a SAP Services Partner, a SAP Value Added Reseller (VAR), SAP Business Objects Partner and a certified Centre of Excellence. We are also certified to sell Hana and all SAP Cloud products, such as Success Factors. Please click here for more information.
Do you use offshore resource?
All of our services are delivered from the UK with experienced consultants. We do not, and will never, create an offshore model.
Do you work Internationally?
Yes, although we are UK based we work with a number of global organisations. Our engagement is generally done through a UK office and we provide services to all of our client’s sites. This is predominantly remote and when required we will travel to client sites throughout the world. We currently provide services to customers in 6 out of the 7 continents in the World.
What are your service hours?
Our service hours are midnight to 6pm, Monday to Friday excluding UK public holidays; we can provide support outside of these hours if needed and would be happy to discuss this further with you depending on your precise requirements.
Do you sell licenses?
Yes, we are a Value Added Reseller (VAR) and able to sell licenses as a standalone service or perform maintenance services in conjunction with the license sales. For further information, please click here.
Do you work onsite at customer’s offices?
Yes, have several customers where we have dedicated resource working onsite as well as offsite within our competency centres.
Do you provide hosting and network services?

Are you ISO accredited?
We are certified in ISO-9001 for SAP Support, Enhancement and Projects and undergo a recertification review every 6 months, covering all our working locations. During 2014, we will be progressing certification in ISO 27001.
What does Investors in People mean
Eurosoft Solutions has been assessed against 10 indicators, including strategic planning; people management strategy; management effectiveness; recognition and reward; learning and development; and performance measurement.
