Hosting, Infrastructure and Networks

Eurosoft recognise that customers like to know who is responsible for delivery of services.

For most modern IT services to run smoothly requires integration of multiple vendors and their technologies.

We understand and have seen the challenges that occur when things don’t quite work as expected, that of who owns the ‘grey areas’ between the application, the database, the operating system, the hardware, the network and user interface. Our solutions for the Infrastructure, hosting and network provision are based on solving these challenges.

Eurosoft are not constrained by a single solution. We work across our partners to provide a solution that’s based on the best of their technologies and managed as a single service back to you.

Data Centre Hosting and Infrastructure
We are hardware agnostic, we are operating system and database agnostic and we can provide a hosting solution to fit the specific customer needs. We understand the different security requirements that our customers have; from stringent policies defined by governing bodies through to very flexible and constantly changing methods of access that still need to be secure.

We work with leading Hosting providers who have experience and the understanding of SAP sizing requirements. We have agreements in place that support Cloud Hosting, Managed Hosting, Hardware provision for On Premise delivery and the various options within these areas.

Whilst the Core Basis Service, that is critical and fundamental to an efficient and optimal SAP system is provided by Eurosoft staff, the delivery of a Dedicated Hosting Service for example will be provided by one of our very small group of selected partners. The methodology we use will mean that as a customer, it will be transparent who you are dealing with, as ownership and management of the delivery resides with Eurosoft.

Our size and flexibility however, means that if the single point of contact and ownership is not required, we can provide selective elements to fit individual customer requirements. Critical to delivery however, is that the standards for scoping, implementation and delivery remain the same, ensuring high availability and risk free delivery.
